At Chaba Villa, besides daily rental, we also offer monthly rental and yearly rental for both our townhouses and standard rooms to meet the increasing demand for long-term rental. For monthly rental, the minimum rental period should be at least three months period, and prices and other information regarding long-term rental will be provided upon request.
